"Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a great battle."

- Philo of Alexandria

I provide one-on-one spiritual guidance for Jews and Non-Jews seeking greater meaning, clarity, and purpose in their spiritual lives.

I bring to the table a lifetime of spiritual work, an openness to the diversity of faith traditions, a knowledge of Jewish and Non-Jewish sources that can be helpful on the spiritual journey, and, most importantly, a calm, non-judgmental presence.

Spiritual guidance sessions can take place in the comfort of your home, work place, or at a local coffee shop, depending on your preference.  Each session generally lasts one hour and can be scheduled weekly, monthly, or as often as you like.

I currently serve as a chaplain for the Jewish Social Service Agency and provide chaplaincy services for hospitals, elder care facilities, and prisons.  I am also developing a yoga, meditation and relaxation curriculum for prisons called Breathing Behind Bars®, which I plan to pilot at Washington D.C. area prisons soon.
